Happy Birthday!

We celebrate several birthdays this month in our family and extended family. One of which is mine...today!

I just wanted to take a minute to thank the Lord for His faithfulness to me over the past 32 years. (I REALLY cannot believe I am 32. Seriously, I just turned 17 didn't I???)

I praise Him that He has given me a great husband who sacrifices for us in amazing ways. I couldn't have asked for a more selfless husband. Thank you Adam for being so great and making my day special today (finishing up the laundry for me last night, the dirty dishes I left in the sink, baking me a lovely vegan cake (dairy and egg free for Caleb--it's a yummo cake if anyone wants the recipe!) and for the roses I found waiting for me this morning).

I also praise God for the opportunity to be a mom to 3 adorable kids. They have helped me in my sanctification process more than any other thing. That being said, I'm thankful for the grace that God gives me to press on and to continue investing in their precious lives. I love them in such an incredible way that my heart skips a beat if I think about them not being in my life. I adore them and can't get enough of them.  They are the light of my life.

I thank God for the amazing parents He gave me. A testiment to God's grace in saving and sanctifying them later in their life. They are such a blessing and encouragment to me. I adore them as well! xoxoxox

For my brother and sister---I love you both so much too. Sometimes I wish we could go back in time and just be in our little family again--young and carefree! But God is good to have brought extended blessings into our lives and we would not trade that for anything!

To all my extended family members and friends--thank you for the encouragment and blessing you are to me. I am truly blessed and I thank you for the roles you have played in my life.
