Disclosure Policy

Purposeful Homemaking is a blog written by me, Becky. The purpose of my blog is to share with others how to live simply and honor God. I try to make all posts relevant to the home.

This blog was not started to be a “money-maker,” but rather a resource for others. I do spend a fair amount of time on this blog because I feel I owe it to my followers to be consistent with my posting. As such, it is nice to be compensated for my time.

Compensation may come in the form of a product being given to me for review or by paid advertising. I will only have advertisements that are consistent with being a homemaker. All advertisements must be relevant to my blog.

I do have affiliates on my site and clearly label them as such. Purposeful Homemaking does and will accept and keep free products from companies and organizations. I do accept paid advertising in the form of a button on my sidebar.

Even though I may receive compensation for a post or advertisement, I always give my honest opinion, findings, beliefs, or experiences on those topics or products. I write from the heart so you will know whether or not I truly LOVE a product.

The views and opinions expressed on this blog as a result of a product review are purely my own. Any product claim, statistic, quote or other representation about a product or service should be verified with the manufacturer, provider or party in question.

I also do my best to make sure I give credit where credit is due. This would include recipes, picture credits and sources. I want to honor the Lord in all that I do. If by chance I have mistakenly not given proper credit, please let me know kindly as it was not done on purpose. Frankly, I tremble at the thought of copyright laws.

This blog does not contain any content which might present a conflict of interest. I try to be sensitive about the nature of the material I present in my blog. It is about promoting the family, after all. ;)

This blog is a personal blog written and edited by me. For questions about this blog, please contact me at: becky *at* purposefulhomemaking *dot* com. Policy valid as of August 21, 2013.

Do Your Homework

Additionally, although I may suggest natural home remedies, I am by no means certified. These are just ideas that I pass along that I have come across on my road to more natural living. I hope that they are helpful to you, but I encourage you to do your own research before you try anything. At the very least, I hope it encourages you to choose more natural alternatives for your family.

Blessings and thanks for stopping by!

Becky
