Our Lumberjack Birthday Party

The Lumberjack Bash I planned for our 5th child's 1st Birthday was one of the most fun I have ever done. I loved the rugged outdoor theme and it was very easy and cheap to plan since all of the decorations were free.😉 Everything I used was from nature, things I already had on hand, graphics I made or free printables that I found on Pinterest.

Here's a run down of the party.

Table Decorations included pine boughs from the neighbor's tree (with permission 😜), pinecones from our loose nature parts for school and framed pictures of our baby's birth announcement and pictures of our little boy with my husband and me.

I kept the menu simple but stuck with the Lumberjack theme. Here's what we served:

Organic Apple Juice (for River Water)
Lumberjack Latte
Lots of Homemade pancakes (made by my husband!)
Bacon (for tree bark)
Pretzel rods (for logs)
Maple Syrup
Birthday Cake (of course!)

We cannot believe how quickly the past year has gone by and are more grateful to God for this precious little boy than words can even express. Every moment with this child has been a gift and we're so thankful that we get to celebrate him. He is one loved little boy! Happy 1st Birthday Little Love!
