Coffee for the Soul

As bloggers we often wish we could all just gather together in one big coffee shop with our readers, tell stories about our children, encourage each other in the Lord, and be a true Titus 2 influence in each others lives.

Coffee for the Soul is meant to be a more intimate place just like that coffee shop.  We may be separated by miles, even countries, but we can still come together and have that one quiet moment to praise the Lord as Sisters.

We share more in common than we know, and if we have Christ we have everything in common that we need.

Coffee for the Soul: Waking You Up to the Glory of God is a new website where various other bloggers have gathered together to bring you a fresh daily devotion – Bible Study unit – every morning of the week.

Each month there will be a different theme.  At the end of each month that month’s devotionals will be compiled into an eBook.  This eBook will be on sale for $2.99.  All proceeds collected from these eBook sales will go straight to Samaritan’s Purse,a not-for-profit Christian international relief agency.

Contributors will not receive any profit whatsoever from these eBooks, but will have their bio and website URL cited within.

I have the privilege of contributing monthly  to this site and am blessed to a part of this endeavor.

As a contributor, in order to write a devotional, it requires me to spend time praying about what passage to write about, praying about understanding the passage, and then praying about how to put into words what God is teaching me through His Word.

It is a blessing reading the devotionals posted by various contributors and I know that you will be encouraged as well. If you'd like to read about what God taught me in November, click here and for December, click here. This passage of Scripture is one that I have drawn from over and over and I pray that it will encourage you, too!

If you'd like to get these daily devotionals delivered to your inbox, simply head over to Coffee for the Soul and enter your email in the upper left hand corner. You'll be glad you did. :)

Have a blessed week!
