I have compiled a list of Scripture references that are great to pray for your children. A friend recently asked me about it so I decided to just post all the info on here for anyone else who may benefit from it.

Galatians 5:22-23—praying the actual definitions of the fruit of the Spirit
- Love: selflessly and sacrificially serving one another.
- Joy: found in a relationship with Jesus; the peace of eternal security; control of divine sovereignty and the promise of spiritual victory.
- Peace: well-being and rest of soul that comes from being rightly related to God and others.
- Longsuffering: showing patience towards others because of God’s patience towards us.
- Gentleness: a gracious, kind, caring attitude towards those around us—even when we are sinned against.
- Goodness: a spirit of generosity; the Spirit in action.
- Faith: being faithful; loyal to others because we are loyal to God.
- Meekness: submitting to God-given authority or God-ordained circumstances. (Involves humble submission and a teachable spirit).
- Temperance: self-control over inward selfish desires (including areas of personal time inward thoughts, eating habits, financial planning and our tongue.) (taken from Walking in the Spirit devotional book from Northland camp)
Ephesians 5:1-2 (love others, follow God’s example)
Philippians 2:14 (no complaining or arguing)
Philippians 4:8-9 (right thinking and actions)
II Timothy 1:13-14 (right doctrine; growth)
I Peter 1:23 (praying for their salvation)
I John 2:15 (that they wouldn’t love the world)
I John 5:21 (that God would be the One to capture their hearts and not idols of this world)
Revelation 21:27; 22:14 (that we would all be in heaven safe from evil)
Titus 2:9-10 NLT (the obedience of our children can be a testimony for Christ and make Him attractive in every way. Pray for their obedience and respectful speech!)
So, there's a few to get you started. I have come across even more since I compiled my list and I'm sure you can too. It will not be time wasted in praying for your children.

and another one here for praying for your children.
Also, I would recommend this book as well, Praying the Bible for Your Children by David & Heather Kopp.
Hope this helps!
