plan it don't panic: Meal Planing e-book Review and Giveaway

Once again, Stephanie from Keeper of the Home has put out a book that inspires you in your homemaking pursuits. plan it don’t panic is an excellent meal planning tool to give you the direction you need, whether you are new to meal planning, or just looking to step it up a notch.

I don't know about you, but it can get discouraging trying to eat healthy on a budget, but one tool that will help streamline those grocery expenses is meal planning. This book is an excellent resource to help you successfully get started with meal planning. Meal planning was new to me probably until after I read Stephanie's book Real Food on a Real Budget.

I've only done meal planning for just over a year or so now, but I know it saves money because you are not randomly tossing things into your grocery cart hoping they'll magically come together to form a meal. Life is not that easy. :)

Meal planning also cuts down on stress come 4 pm so I'm not franctically trying to figure out what in the world to make for dinner, plus take care of all the kids at the same time. When I have my meals planned out, the ingredients are all just waiting for me to toss them together into a nourishing meal for my family.

In plan it, don't panic, Stephanie provides various meal planning methods, tips for sticking to your meal plan, how to simplify meal planning and ways to save money through meal planning. She even includes meal planning printables as well as access to one month's complete list of meals and recipes (a little nudge to help you get started!)

Also included are some links to helpful resources on her site as well as other websites. Plus, she includes a section on meal planning for those with special dietary restrictions.

With her engaging writing style, you’ll enjoy the time you spend reading this book, as well as come away with practical, realistic tips to help you no matter where you are at in the process. If you've been contemplating meal planning, then plan it, don't panic is just the resource to help you get started!

And be sure to check out Stephanie's other books. Real Food on a Real Budget and Healthy Homemaking: One Step at a Time are both very helpful!
