Snug Organics {Review and Upcoming Giveaway}

Snug Organics is a resource for safe organic pajamas and is based out of Denver, Colorado. Snug Organics makes two styles of sleepers: the Sherpa and the Alpaca. The Alpaca are handmade in Peru from 100% baby Alpaca fiber which is hypoallergenic, not prickly and is naturally flame resistant.

The Sherpa sleepers are made in the USA and are free of pesticides, synthetics and flame retardant chemicals. Here's a little extra info from Snug Organics in regards to this style sleeper: "A natural dye-less body is paired with bright spring green trim colored with low impact dyes." Sleepers comply with CFR 1516/1616 ("By law, if children’s sleepwear is not covered in flame-retardant chemicals and is made of a natural fiber it must be ‘snug-fitting’ from sizes 9 months to 14 years.")

Carlee is wearing a pair of the Sherpa 100% organic cotton pajamas from Snug Organics. They are so incredibly soft that I'm even more delighted to have her snuggle in bed with me when she's wearing them. She loves how soft they are too and they are a fantastic alternative to synthetic footie style pajamas.

Can you tell someone is just a little bit excited about her new Snug Organic Pajamas?!

While the 6 month and younger sizes have feet, the older sizes are purposely designed without feet to allow for quickly growing kids. I appreciate this because I know that our children have outgrown a pair of footie pajamas simply because they ran out of room in the feet or because the feet got holes in them and they looked a bit silly with a big toe sticking out. :)

These pajamas retail for $49.00 and are in unisex colors so that they can easily be shared among siblings for maximum use.

Now for the best part! My readers can enter for a chance to win a pair of Snug Organics for one their children by entering the RC form on Purposeful Homemaking between February 18-28, 2013. If you can't wait or want to be sure to get a pair you can start shopping here.
