Ingredients: Crock Pot Roast Beef leftovers 5 c water One whole onion, thinly sliced 5 stalks celery, chopped 6 garlic cloves pressed in garlic press
Add all of the above ingredients to your roast beef leftovers (potatoes, beef, carrots, etc.) except the garlic (add this about 20 minutes before you're ready to serve, otherwise a lot of the immune boosting power of your garlic will be lost.)
Cook on low for 6 hours. Pretty simple, but yummy and good for you!
