5 small or medium organic baking potatoes 1/4 c. cauliflower puree 1/2 c organic half and half 4 slices cooked nitrate free bacon, crumbled 2 T organic butter 1 t. sea salt
Cook the potatoes in boiling water until easily pierced with a fork. When done, drain. Add cauliflower puree, half and half, butter and salt. Mix with a potato masher or hand mixer. Stir in crumbled bacon.
