Are you looking for ideas for Christmas gifts that won't clutter up your house? Me, too! I have compiled a list of 100+ Gift Ideas that won't take up much space in your home. Our own personal story of downsizing is what fueled many of these gift suggestions and many of them are on our own family's Christmas lists.

100+ Clutter Free Gift Ideas

I chose to go with a Christmas Gift Idea list that would focus on gifts that are practical, educational, don't take up much space or are things that are family wouldn't normally be able to afford. Basically, things we'd put on our own Christmas lists.

There are several personal reasons for this type of a list.

One being, we live in a bi-level styled home that is just under 1200 square feet. Our home does not have an open floor plan which makes it challenging for a homeschooling family of 6 (almost 7) to not trip over things (and the occasional person) and still have room to stretch.

I also know my own heart and its tendency to want more and more stuff. I don't think I'll ever be able to rid myself of that struggle, but it doesn't mean I have to embrace it.

In the past, I have dreaded December 26 because I woke up with that empty, somewhat depressed feeling that "it" was all over. I don't want to feel like that each year come the day after Christmas and I certainly don't want our children to experience it either.

If I can focus on the Christmas Season and what it represents, it helps me to not turn inward thinking of what I hope to get and then being disappointed because my expectations weren't met. I think that's why so many people deal with depression around the holidays. We have all of these crazy, unmet expectations and when our focus is wrong, our ideals come crashing down around us.

But that's not to say I don't look forward to the joy and excitement on our children's faces come Christmas morning! It is so fun to hear their excitement and expressions of thankfulness, even over the more practical gifts. We love to lavish our children with love in our own unique way and this year we want our children to receive gifts of time and special interests.

Here's a list of 100+ ideas to help get your creative ideas flowing as you start to work on your Christmas list.

The are some great ideas on here! I think we need to try Wits and Wagers. We are always looking for games the whole family can play, since we have such a wide range of ages. I would love to win the giveaway--it would allow us to be more generous this Christmas season. :)

We like playing Wits and Wagers, too. I want my whole house to be clutter free.

This will help our family on our home school journey.

This would help me get some exercise gear for my DH and DS for Christmas!

This would be really helpful, as we are in the middle of a move and our money is tied up right now. These are also good ideas for gifts while being unsure of living situations!

I've also found generic grocery gift cards are great for collefe kids. They can get either food for their dorm room, or personal necessities, or something fun/pretty they've been wanting.

Winning this giveaway would be an answer to prayer for provision this Christmas. I love the clutter free ideas! Another idea for adults is an XM satellite radio subscription for your car.

Winning this giveaway would really help out our family (of 6) since my husband is in grad school and Christmas really doesn't fit in the budget at all!

Winning this giveaway would be a blessing because our budget often does not allow us to get everything we NEED, and wants are even further down. This would help make this Christmas a little more special! Thank you for the wonderful giveaway! girlygirlugh at gmail dot com

What great ideas for gifts. After boxing up some of the "rotating" toys, I've wondered what I can do for our little one's that would cause more clutter to have at the end of the day!

With family spread out from coast to coast and overseas as missionaries, it's not possible to physically see everyone this year. Winning an on-line type of giveaway like this would send a lot of love over the distance from my husband and I and our baby son. What a fun contest!

Winning this would help our family immensely. We just had to put out car in the shop due to an icy Veteran's Day accident and it has put a damper on our Christmas budget. In addition to other things that have happened, our Christmas spending is at an all time low this year. Wining this would mean we can get things for the kids and grandchild and maybe even each other!

We are expecting our first baby in a few weeks, and are also heading into the slow time for my husband's work. This would really help us with baby and Christmas stuff! :)

Any financial blessing is always such a gift. My husband's factory closes for two weeks at Christmas, without pay. This would help make ends meet and provide gifts.

Well, it would help out with a new heating system we really need!

Thank you for putting together this list. I always enjoy reading your blog posts and checking out all of the links you post on your Facebook page. I've learned and found so many encouraging blogs (like Kara Tippetts) because of you, Becky. I look up to you. You're doing a great job.

Winning this giveaway would be such a blessing. It would allow us to give Christmas gifts that are not just homemade for the first time in quite awhile.
