Chocolate Power Bites



I needed to make a dessert to take to a friend's house not that long ago and I wanted something that was both yummy and healthy so I took a twist on a basic power bite recipe and was thrilled with how it turned out (and so was my friend).


Chocolate Power Bites

Ingredients:

1 c. walnuts
1 c. pitted dates
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
1 t. vanilla extract
1/2 c. shredded coconut
raw honey (just enough to make your dough stick together)
1/2 scoop of Juice Plus+ Chocolate Complete Shake


Extras for garnish:

Fresh Raspberries
Walnuts

Directions:

Blend all of the ingredients except for the shredded coconut in a food processor. Shape dough into balls and then roll in shredded coconut. Refrigerate for one hour. Garnish with fresh raspberries and walnuts.
